Refund policy
SimScrubs sells digital eSIM products. Once an eSIM has been activated or a data plan allocated to your device, it cannot be returned or exchanged in the way a physical product can. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Subscription cancellations You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period once it has renewed.
First month - activation issues If your eSIM fails to activate through no fault of your own and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at the address below.
Change of mind We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an eSIM plan has been allocated, as the product is a digital service that is consumed from the point of allocation.
UK consumer rights Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If you purchase as a consumer and the service is not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy. Please contact us and we will resolve any issues in line with our legal obligations.
