Is your phone compatible?
eSIM works on most smartphones made after 2019. Two things to check before purchasing.
eSIM support
iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+ and most 2020+ flagships support eSIM. Check Settings → General → About → look for "Available SIM" or "eSIM".
Phone unlocked
Your phone must be network-unlocked. If you bought it from EE, O2, Vodafone or Three on a contract, check with your carrier whether it's locked. Most phones are unlocked after the contract ends.

What happens when I run out of data?
Your data connection pauses rather than you incurring unexpected charges. You can top up with an additional data package from your account dashboard at any time.
Can I change plan mid-placement?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at your next renewal date.
Does unused data roll over?
No. Unused data does not roll over. Each 30-day plan resets at renewal and your data allowance starts fresh. If you find you have data left over most months, you can downgrade to a smaller plan from your account dashboard at any time.
Which countries does the Europe plan cover?
The Europe plan covers 34 countries with a single eSIM: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. One plan covers cross-border travel across all 34 countries without needing a separate eSIM in each.

The Placement Pro 50GB plan is available for Australia, Europe (30+ countries), Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey and USA. More 50GB destinations launch as supplier capacity expands.
