About this plan
Does the data roll over if I do not use it all?
No. Each 30-day plan starts fresh at renewal. Unused data does not carry forward. If you find you consistently have data left over, you can downgrade to a smaller plan from your account dashboard before your next renewal.
Can I keep my UK number while using SimScrubs?
Yes. SimScrubs installs as a second eSIM alongside your existing UK SIM. Your UK number stays active for calls, texts and banking verification codes throughout your placement. SimScrubs provides the local data connection.
When does my plan start?
Your 30-day period starts from the moment your eSIM connects to a local network in your destination country. You can install the eSIM before you travel without starting the clock. It only activates when it detects a supported network on arrival.
How do I cancel?
Log in to your SimScrubs account and cancel before your next renewal date. You will not be charged again. Your data continues until the end of the current 30-day period.
Can I change my destination mid-placement?
Each single-country eSIM is issued for that specific destination. If you move to a different country, you would need a separate plan for that destination. If you are travelling across Europe, choose the Europe (30+ Countries) plan, which covers 34 European countries on a single eSIM with no need to swap between countries. Contact our support team if you need help with a transition.
